We Are Gathering

Invitation: Join us for a weekend retreat in our circle of wise women as we go into the great descent, nurturing the roots of the sacred feminine pulsing in these ancient mountains, and rise again, reclaiming our personal magic and medicine in this world.
 

Seasonal Medicine: Autumnal Equinox, the point of equal light and dark, day and night, before the sunlight begins to wane and we move into fall and towards winter. Persephone and Inanna are the guides for this season of the eternal mythic dance. Journeying with the Underworld Goddesses, we turn our attention to the great below, under the surface of our lives, closer to our bared souls.

 

Moon Medicine: First Quarter Moon in Sagittarius, a time for acting on our beliefs, seeking out that which is truly true for us.

 

Nourishment: Delicious, soul-nourishing vegetarian meals and comfy, rustic, back-to-the-land bunkhouse sleeping accommodations provided. Terre Madre is located in the mountains of Appalachia on 20 acres of forests.
